Policies and Procedure

You are responsible for advising your technician if you are using Retin A, glycolic acids, taking medications, or using other treatments conflicting with waxing or acid peels.

When receiving body wraps and bikini waxing, you may prefer to bring an extra thong or bikini and arrive freshly showered.

All professional services and gift certificates are nonrefundable. The balance of unused certificate value will be refunded in the form of another certificate.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Checks are processed electronically with a return check fee of $25.

Check In

Gift certificates must be redeemed at the front desk before services are rendered.

Timing

Your time is important, as is ours, so please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. We cannot guarantee all requested services for late arrival.
